C. Michael Osborne M.D., FACS

As a head and neck surgeon who has practiced medicine for over thirty years, Mike brings a wealth of medical knowledge and experience along with a strong understanding of medical issues to his approach in evaluating and pursuing medical fraud and abuse litigation and medical malpractice litigation. Mike has served in many leadership positions at multiple Jackson metro hospitals during his medical career including Chief of Staff, Chief of Surgery, and Chief of Head and Neck Surgery. Along with his commitment to improve and enhance patient care and safety, Dr. Osborne has served on many hospital committees including Medical Executive, Operating Room, Surgical Robotics, and Medical Ethics.

Mike concentrates on evaluation and pursuit of complex medical malpractice cases involving misdiagnosis, delays in evaluation, delays in treatment, and incorrect/inappropriate treatment which result in permanent injuries or wrongful death. Dr. Osborne pursues litigation against healthcare institutions and healthcare providers which involve medical fraud and abuse such as violations of the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA).
